I learned to cook at Stockholm’s Hotel and Restaurant School, then honed my craft in some of Sweden’s top restaurants—refining technique, precision, and respect for ingredients.

My kitchen is guided by solid technique and a creative, intuitive approach. I focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and bold, balanced flavors.
